Sabi nga nila, may it be romantic, familial, or even platonic relationship, loving is giving someone the power to hurt you and trusting them not to. But once a person hurt you, it disappoints us, makes us upset, we get mad at them; worst, we even question ourselves saan tayo nagkamali, saan tayo nagkulang and sometimes we dont have the chance to know to the answers to these questions. Mahirap tanggapin. Masakit. Hindi ka naman masasaktan kung hindi ka nagmahal nang tunay. It's normal to be frustrated and sad after being hurt by the person we truly love, and that's totally okay: Your feelings are valid, you feel what you feel and those feelings are real. Feel it. I think the first step really is grieving, before accepting. People grieve first from the betrayal, from the loss, from the emptiness, sabi nga ni Father, cry. And it really helps. Iiyak mo yan ng isang araw, isang linggo, isang buwan, o kahit abutin ng taon, take your time, this varies sa iba ibang tao dahil iba iba tayo ng coping mechanism. Next step is acceptance. The moment na gumagaan na o unti-unti na nawawala o nababawasan yung bigat ng napagdaanan mo it means naaccept mo na, and this comes with forgiveness. Not for the sake of forgiving the person who hurt you, but for your own sake, for your own peace of mind, to liberate yourself from the negative feelings and thoughts towards the person. Then finally, moving on and finally getting over from the bad experiences. Sobrang freeing. Continue with your life and try to learn something from that experience, remember that despite all the bad things that had happened, the only person that has been with you is yourself, most importantly dont let go of or lose yourself throughout this process: love yourself. You have you that's more than enough.

It’s okay to cry because if you pretend that everything is alright, you will build resentment, attraction of revenge that sooner or later, you may not want want to love at all. 3. Try again.

Married for 8 years and now all she wants is Divorce knowing that I gave my everything its so hard to move on. Now I’m just counting the days Left I could spend with my son. Even though I can still see him once in a while, parang yung purpose ng life is nag bago na thinking coming from work and you are excited to see them before, now you are coming home to an empty house , alone. I don’t know if I will ever move on from this but I will endure the pain now and maybe in the future will try again. 😢
