Osha is such a great spacer sculpt, the steel toe boots are the cherry on top. Haven't seen the Acolyte, probably won't, but what a great world builder figure. Maybe make her Lando's kid in the "legends" in your head. Or maybe a Tatooine maintenance tech for your Cantina, the person Wuher calls when some Wookie clogs the refresher AGAIN.

Great review Tim, also like the new reveal. As far as the Cal Kestis figure, there is a significant mission in the game where he infiltrates and ISB facility. It's an easy figure for Hasbro to make, and I'm kind of glad they made him. We did get an Admiral Yularen figure in the Imperial Officer multi-pack. I'm guessing you want him on card?

He looks fantastic an sold out on Pulse here in the US. Walrus man, squid head, yak face, the Judge! He's holding firm in the long standing tradition. I'm glad you've repented lol. Hi Bossk, just a question as someone on the fence of the Haslab because of the high price and not having many of the older cantina aliens. Do you think its worth tracking down older figures or wait and see which ones Hasbro will make to support the Haslab? Do you think they will support it more than they did with the throne room?

I just can't take the name Osha seriously. In the US, O.S.H.A. is the Occupational Safety and Health Association, basically the people that come to businesses, factories and construction sites and enforces federal safety and health standards. I'm probably alone in this, but it makes me laugh every time I hear it. :)

That 3rd Acolyte episode was a horrendous abomination. I tried to give it a chance despite the warnings and expectations but once again Disney flipped off the fans. How can they put out so much trash then drop a gem on us like Andor then go back to more trash.

Acolyte figures!? Urghh.. Re-enact your favourite moments from the hit show, like when a Jedi exposits an entire character's backstory directly to their face, or a Jedi takes an escape pod from out of a ship with no zero people on board, or the Jedi practice "discretion" and secrecy by putting an accused Jedi on a ship with only robots, and a criminal gang who seem to know that she killed a Jedi! They'll be burying these in the desert like a production run of ET on the Atari 2600... I'm so annoyed, because as these things head to their inevitable purgatory on an Ollies shelf for ten years, this is going to be perceived as a lack of interest in the line.. This surely must be at the behest of Lucasfilm. I cant think Hasbro in their right mind would release an Acolyte off their own back?

Jedi Survivor is totally worth the upgrade in consoles. The story is important. The figure choice is odd, though I’ll add him to my Imperial ranks. I would much rather have a Fallen Order Cal. That said, play Jedi Survivor so you understand the figure…you’ll want the new Console for the upcoming Star Wars Outlaws anyway, right?

The reasons I don't like it are, there is no other figures anywhere in the market place without the thigh swivel. If you want a Death Trooper or an ARC Trooper etc. you can't find any without the thigh swivel. Myself, I mostly collect Troopers for army building. Another reason I don't like them is years ago they had a 12 inch figure that had the proper thigh armor attached to the leg properly. It was actually not attached to the leg, but you could move it up or down independently. If they made them then why can't they do it now, I say at least make it for the 6 inch figures. I understand the 3.75 scale could be too small. The way it looks now the leg looks awful and hard to work with. It makes no sense to me that it's only 3.75 action figure that I'm only going to display on a shelf. for i don't care way it look on thigh armour. if you want properly thigh armor you can look into way the 12 inch figure do it back in the day for me its only 3.75 action figure that I'm only going to display on a shelf. this is why i like this idea still like my idea about Haslab you can choose articulation WANT and don't want. let us choose figure we want on Haslab with are order. for me don't like rebels characters some of the characters I like let me choose figure I want with the order. especially for price you are paying they should do that with the order. and only its going to me and just throw IT IN with the order. I haven't watched the Acolyte yet but just judging the figure on its own merits, it's great. Incredible the amount of detail they can get into a 3 3/4 figure. Ezra looks really good and Kanan is outstanding. The star of the wave for me. I have the other Cal Kestis and like it a lot, but I'm not a gamer so I'll pass on this one. The Judge looks good but I think I've reached my limit on Mandalorians.

Wave 54?! oops! I lost track somewhere in there and when I uploaded my overview video a couple weeks ago, I called them "Wave 51." Haha! Thank you for setting me straight and I have adjusted that on my video title and icon. And after some of the disappointing waves we'd gotten recently, this one was a bit refreshing. I too, was leery of the Mando repaint, but like you, I ended up loving this one when I got it in-hand. And I'm such a sucker for anything Imperial, I actually was ecstatic to get the Cal Kestis, but after watching your overview, I agree. Wulf Yulahren would have been a MUCH better choice. Finally, QUESTION: Do you prefer the waves to be smaller like this, so we get a duplicates of each figure, or do you prefer it when they give us five or six characters, but only a couple doubles? I'm interested in your thoughts on this one, Tim. Thanks!

The only good Star Wars from the Disney era is Fallen Order/Jedi Survivor and the best Hasbro can do is a lazy kit bash essentially. The fact that they’re making garbage from the Acolyte but never bothered to give us more characters from the Jedi games is a disgrace. I can only imagine it’s because Hasbro gets too many marching orders from the buffoon at Disney. And I’m pretty sure they delayed the HasLab cantina release closer to the Acolyte premiere because they knew how upset that trash series would make the fans.

What a bad hologram of Ezra. He looks really off (bad effects, angle, who knows what). Really mars the card. I don't like the conversion of animated characters to semi-realistic looking people, so none of those figures (Ezra, Kanan, or prior ones) are ones that I ever find "good" as a representation of a character I like.

Very nice haul BB. I got this wave and the new Rex figure in but unfortunately my Kanan and Rex have horrible paint QC issues. Rex’s top wield line’s silver paint goes way too far up his helmet and it starts to cover those two front blue arrows. And then my Kanan’s eyes and goatee are printed too far to the right so it looks like he has a big fat mole on his cheek and he is giving me a nasty side eye. I haven’t had any major paint QC issues since the photo real technique was implemented but with the recent price hikes it’s especially frustrating seeing this issue on two anticipated figures back to back. Have you or anyone else reading this run into this problem recently?

This wave was alright, the Mandalorian Judge is the best of the bunch in my opinion. And I agree about the Cal Kestis figure, would have much rather had Admiral Yularen instead. As for the Osha figure.... Let's just say at least I'll have a figure that's a non binary feminist that hates white people. Pft! Just what I always wanted Hasbro! Seriously though, Osha and Mae will definitely be keeping Reva company at Ollie's. Great vid dude.
