Muichiro's character development makes his interactions so satisfying to watch, especially the switch-ups😆. This episode was so good!!

as they're in taisho era, western foods and cultures come to japan. but since tanjiro is on the "poor" side and lived rather in a countryside's mountain, its understandable that he doesn't know what pancake, butter and the term "black tea"/"afternoon tea" are as they're imported and quite expensive. mitsuri, on the other side, is on the rich/wealthy one (considering her parents can cover her insanely big food spending) so she'd know and can afford to try one!

as a manga reader i love how we are getting the hashiras interacting cause in the manga we did not have this

Ok the paper airplanes and the UM 4 stuff is new. But, I love Tangiro and Muchiro's relationship. Tangiro is like Muichiro's brother which he lost, and Tangiro had younger brothers before so he knows how to vibe with him. The paper airplane part was so wholesome

I think that maybe in the next episode we might get a little bit of genya bc the title “I even ate demons” reminds me of his power (when he eats a part of a demon he can temporarily turn into a demon w the same strength as the demon that he ate the part from.)
