The swap AU is always interesting, especially with some details that people make different. I know most people make Giyuu an uppermoon but in my version of events I think he’d swap places with Sabito. I have the most fun thinking about swapped Kamaboko squad. Just think! Aoi as a rough and tumble wild girl, a Kanao who is shy, easily annoyed and easily scared, Inosuke as an tsundere but hardworking and well mannered kid, Zenitsu as a silent sullen kid, like he sometimes is in the show but now he doesn’t show much emotion… it’s so fun to think up the possibilities! Not sure what I’d do with Genya though.
You should make Genya similar to his original, his backstory be still the same and his goal was supposed to find Sanemi so he become a demon slayer but he got turned into a demon but managed to break free ig? (He still eats demons, yes he will eat his own kind)

for some rason, i always tought demon Uzui would have killed his wives when he turned, and a part of his BDA would have spider-like puppets of his wives and he would control them to take care of a part while he take care of another ( usually missions of 2+ slayers ) and i think this demon au for uzui would make sense () ( edit : well, the spider thingy its bc of uzui's mark in his eye, that's similar to spider demons mark in Mt.Nagatumo. )
