He wouldn't find demons, demons would find him, remember muzan sends demons to track and kill people he feels could be a danger to his plans or life, he sent people after tanjiro just because of the earings, it wouldn't be farfetched hed constantly send demons to zoro trying to apraise his strength until he runs out of demons to send and goes himself which wpuld result on his death because the only thing that yoriichi had above zoro is his speed and im pretty sure if zoro learned a breathing, no matter what breathing, hed bypass that no problem

To be honest zoro would easily become the strongest but for some of the attack was actually possible to be done by some of the hashiras for example at 6:03 we take example of mitsuri fight at S3 mitsuri might could also do that but at a smaller scale, kny might only has humans with super inhuman strength but lots of them were very underestimated. Ok zoro's dream is to be the most strongest swordsman not to be a ninja. And also he wouldnt be a ninja cause most likely he wouldn't care at all about it. I am very positive that zoro is going to stay with the straw hats.
The fact if zoro becomes one he will order some mission we all know that (haters:wdym demon slayer sucks) but he cant even do a single mission But hes the strongest slayer if he became one tho
