He had to remember a list of five nouns and repeat it back every so often during a test for cognitive decline. It is very easy for almost anyone who doesn't have cognitive issues. Even my young kids have remembered the string of words for weeks and weeks. The problem is that the president started talking about it in interviews like it was an IQ test, and that it was a sign of his stunning intellect that he remembered the words.
