In the Quran I've read, I've read that it espouses things such as respecting your parents, turning the cheek to people who don't see eye to eye with you politically or religiously, it tells you how to distribute your money to your family after you've passed away, it has stances against usury, against racism, against liars, against hypocrites, etc. All of things that were supposedly lost on America less than 300 years ago but were established by the Quran over 1500 years ago.
