Excellent build Jonathan, those that just thought you as an Assembler should now shut their cakehole. You're honoring BV's memory on this build. Those that have built BVM kits over the years know what your putting into it, the reason that the BVM kits were worth putting the time into them was that they tend to last many more years than other kits. The engineering was and still is second to none. Bob always said, if you change something make sure it was better than I put in the kit. The avg age of the bvm kits we built are over 20 years ago are still flying. Looking forward to this built and the T-33 this coming winter.

Nice work. Keep it coming. Hatch fitting is tedious and demanding work, but a flush and snug hatch line is soooo satisfying. These models deserve the effort.

I like watching you work, you come up with some great ideas that I actually use. Not quite the same but still you get my mind going and that's what I like. Then I put it to my build. Thank you for sharing.

Lots of amazing work Jon, even see a lot of this in advance its still nice seeing it come together in a cohesive manner. Being a builder Im aware there is a ton of other work that goes into it. My T-One has been a great build and what I dont post or show in my videos are all the tedious little things that go into the finished project. Great work my friend.

Careful with the PLA/PETG CF, sounds neat and looks cool, but are actually weaker than regular PETG. Should look into the PET-CF or PAHT-CF, I have had great success with them and they are incredibly strong.

That is excellent work. @2:57, how do you seal the seams so there is no moisture or fuel leaking in from the outside?

BVM still look like old kit with wood former and hatch not mold separately! Lack of evolution...
