Most vocaloid producers (even ones that can play guitar) usually do it in software. It’s virtually indistinguishable to the average listener and makes their job infinitely easier.

@@jacobrzeszewski6527 it's not that hard lol. It's just stamina. It's a repeating chromatic line. I'd say the riff going under Miku's voice is much harder because of the rhythm.
not to be that guy, but somebody's gotta point it out. flight of the bumblebee is not made by rach but rimsky-korsakov. also, chromatic runs and scales are pretty common in contemporary music, so it can't exclusively be said that the first solo is from bumblebee.
