Join us on our hike this weekend as we hike the Hatten trail. We got to drive through the (currently) deepest underwater tunnel at over 950 feet below sea level!
What?! Pineapple on pizza? I say, how savage.... Nah, enjoying your videos, so far. The Ryfast tunnel is (currently) the deepest undersea car tunnel in the world. Before it, you had to take a ferry from Stavanger to Tau, about 40 minutes. Nice trip.... If you haven't already, next time take the road to Oanes, and take the ferry across to Lauvik. Nice drive to Sandnes from there.....
So beautiful! That scenery is amazing and I love that you used the drone. It almost reminds me of the Sierra Nevada mountain range with all the giant stones forming the mountains. Glad you guys are getting out and about.
Nice video ....first time here on this channel. When it comes to the name there are so many places (40-50) in Norway that has something with Hatten. The most famous is of course Torghatten. It is Hatten with the hole through it on the island named Torget ( near Brønnøysund). Even a national park has a Hatten and is named Sjunkhatten (near Bodø). The nature in the video seems to me to be somewhere in Rogaland ....well you also mentioned Preikestolen.... so I believe it is in that area. So out from Norgeskart (an official map of Norway ....and a proper map ....and it is also a free map) I think that Hatten in this video might be the one on the north side of Masfjorden. That was my little research.
Love your videos....BUT you forgot the most important thing that Norwegian people do. When you reach the "top point" you sit down, enjoy your "matpakke" or a Kvikk Lunch, Orange or what you like. Have a snack!! Most kids don't like the hike, but love the Sit Down. That's what create the memories :)
Yes!! We do sit down and hangout and I did bring a kvikk lunch on this hike and took a picture but didn’t have good enough footage for the video. I completely forgot on the first hike though… didn’t even bring one. I will have to improve my Norwegian hiking skills 😆😉
