Is there any issue with overhang, compared to a 'normal' loco ? Ie hitting platforms and scenery on curves

Great concept . Pity this locomotive in reality did not live up to expectations. With better valve events and bigger piston valves this loco' could have been 15-20% more efficient . Nice to see though !

I got a revolving bunker one. Pickup is poor and the pony trucks jump off at the slightest suggestion of a turnout. I'm not sure if the problem is only with the revolving bunker job but it looks like not enough pickups and it probably needs weight over the pony trucks.

I think Hattons are very bold to instigate this model . There's been a lot of negative publicity about the model though . I wouldn't like Hattons to suffer for the manufacturers inadequacy !

I pre ordered this loco from Hattons to be delivered in 6 weeks FAT chance constant delays and a price rise by Hattons I finally took delivery SEVEN MONTHS later and its crap Not enough pickups and its constantly jumping points I now have it banned to display case
