How to Make Authentic Hatzilim-Baba Ganoush
Today, I'm making a delicious and smoky Baba Ganoush, a classic Middle Eastern eggplant dip that's perfect for any occasion. This easy recipe is packed with flavor and incredibly simple to prepare. Whether you're serving it as an appetizer, snack, or side dish, Baba Ganoush is sure to impress!
Ingredients:
2 large eggplant
3-4 cloves of garlic
1 small onion
2 teaspoons of sesame oil
3 teaspoons of sunflower oil
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt, paprika and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (190°C).
Roast the eggplant until soft and charred.
Let the eggplant cool, then scoop out the flesh.
Blend the eggplant with fried garlic and onion.
Add sesame oil, sunflower oil, spices
Serve with pita bread, fresh veggies, or your favorite dippers!
