Yeah.. ever since patch 1.9.1.0 the cranes and grapples have had some physics problems. This makes handling logs a bit more inconvenient. Hopefully, there will be a hotfix for this issue soon!
Hello Im back😂 I finaly get my dual sticks men. And I need some of your help. I alredy set them up and put in controls like Im use to. Now the problem is that some of the original and moded harvesters an trailer have not the same controls on the sticks like I set them up. Any advice what I can do to set things right and al machinery will hve the same stick settings Tanks for all of your help men🙏
Hey, congrats! 😁 I really wish I had a solution to your problem, but unfortunately, some of the machines don't match with keybindings for some odd reason. For example, the Rottne H21D switches the controls around, and the only solution is to manually switch the keybindings. Some mods also behave like this, but if you know how to change XML files, you can change them to the desired keybindings yourself. 😄

I recommend checking out mods from - Bargon mods - NMC - HR Forst und Fahrzeugbau - kenny456 - Last but not least - Black sheep modding. - They make some well balanced mods that also work great with giants own stuff. 😁 You can also find my current modlist on Discord - There is a link in the description on my newer videos. ☺️

In settings for crane there you can set up a button for craine telescope extend or retract…but then I notice that this button is useless since telescope extend on its own when you try to reach logs…can that problem be solved somehow so that I can use telescope when its needed and not constantly. In the in-game settings menu, there is an option called 'Easy Arm Control.' If this is turned on, the telescope arm extends and retracts automatically. Try turning it on and off to see which controls you prefer. Personally, I prefer it being turned off. 😁 Of cause! Feel free to ask questions any time, I'm happy to help out where i can! 😄😄
