So we've talked about how to protect, project, and use your voice. Now let's talk about how to find the right voice for your character! In this video, Luke touches up on some key elements on using your voice as well as figuring out what voice will best suit the character you are portraying!

This is a lovely set of helpful notes! I appreciate mentioning non speaking roles and competing with the sounds of the environment. Personally, I’m very soft spoken and have struggled with projecting (working on it). I adore the Presence and movements many characters use instead of shouting at customers- Of course it depends on the scene n such. No hate!- Very inspirational

I agree! I too am very soft spoken. As they say, actions can speak louder than words... even if it's typically meant in a difference sense 😉

Thank you for these videos, I'm auditioning for a haunted house soon, and which is also gonna be my first time trying to get a job. I have anxiety but the videos by y'all have been so incredibly helpful!
