This is an EVP (Ghost Voice) that Ghosts N'at captured at Haunted Hill View Manor in New Castle, PA.
To us, this sounds like "Jimmy Marker (Mockah)"
Jimmy Marker AKA Jimmy Snaps is a famous ghost at Hill View. In life as a resident of Hill View Manor, he would take photos of other residents and then ask for a dollar for the photo. Many times, his camera had no film in it. He allegedly speaks with a speech impediment, and sometimes "Marker" can sound like "Mockah".
We have come in contact with Jimmy several times at Hill View.
