Bhaiya I think this story is fake, as in kota if a student didn't attend the classes even for a day or if he/she leave early for home someone from the institute inform the parents about that or send messages to the parents so that parents can check up on their children. Also the warden checks up on children where they are going and if the watden is suspicious that the student is slacking off instead of attending classes most of the wardens inform the parents even about this.
