Faouzia is absolutely FLAWLESS every single time... it's just insane to hear her voice. Honestly, singer with the most dynamical range i've ever heard. Twists and turns and meantime you look at your arms and BOOM! Your hair is up! iiiiinsane!

The mélodie is an arabic one. Faouzia is morroccan canadien songwriter singer piano player she use quarter tone that only in oriental music exist plus she has an insane vibrato and vocal range. About this song It's a cover of a song performed by Sting and Cheb Mami an french Algérien singer. This cover is basicaly a dedicace to her mother who loves this song. Faouzia even growing UP on canadien Never forget her morroccan background. Stay safe

If you like emotive songs, you should check out Tori Amos. I would recommend starting with Winter live from Montreax 1991/92 (the version where she is wearing blue.) She has written so, so many incredible songs over the years. ❤

No need to be angry. This is mostly our fault for not portraying our country properly. North Africa generally gets overshadowed by the Middle East in media and books. We should change that by having a stronger media presence.
