it was inevitable for widow to start thriving after sombra's nerf. This is the inherent design flaw of OW that some heroes are so oppressive by design that the moment their counters get nerfed and they get free rein, the entire season goes to hell unless they too get nerfed ! Same sheit when road hog get giga buffed and season literally goes to hell.
I feel like sombra is a victim of bad design (not character lore or art wise but her ability and gameplay wise) and widow is a necessary evil in a fps game and both ruin the game
Hey choice if you hold wraith when teleporting can you prevent the headshot from widow? And does crouch spamming during ult actually do anything? Thank you!
If you're teleporting, you're stuck standing still for a few milliseconds without i-frames, so you have a really high chance of being headshot. Stack on top of that the 0.4 second recovery time of Wraith form and it just increases it even further. If you're going to TP to a Widow, I recommend jumping as you exit TP, so that if she is aiming for your head, it hits your chest. Also probably best if you TP while she's about to take a shot at someone else to really pressure her with as little time as possible to react to you're TP. You're better off just not challenging Widow's because a good Widow will decimate you before you even regain control of your character.
That’s because there is no warning or hint for her location, she can change angles and assassinate you all day long. The lack of interaction is annoying, you either peek or you don’t, no sound queues or visuals for a one shot character.
