I have had the same experience with my Meniere's Disease. Here in Denmark they just launched the 5g towers, I didn't know this until my symptoms got remarkedly worse, and I decided to look if they had launched them and sure enough, when they did is when I started getting worse.

Between 2013 and 2015 I had noticed that construction was going on, on every single block, but only one block at a time but not in order. They would do one block and then after it was finished they would do another block a half a mile away but it would eventually make its way back to the next block and the next block and the next block but never two blocks in a row at the same time. I have no idea what they were digging up underneath the sidewalks and these were sidewalks that did not need to be replaced. There was no reason for them doing this. Your outside experience sounds exactly like mine 30 years ago. I've struggled with chronic fatigue syndrome ever since. A few months ago, I kept awakening to a similar vibration you describe, that was an on/off pulse of about 1 second. It sounded like it was about a half mile away and didn't seem to affect me physically, but it was very annoying and had me on edge. At the time I was afraid it was a new 5G tower getting activated and it would never go away, but it did after three or four nights. I'd say each episode lasted about 30-60 minutes, and always about 3 a.m.

Neurological Engineering devices: US and some EU nations have had similar 'secret' technology for decades, some of the prototype patents are in public domain (see below): Starting 60 years ago, scientific researchers, mostly working secretly for US-gov. military, intelligence, and private interests, and DARPA, have actually produced devices to alter and control or steer certain human emotions, thoughts, and physical conditions - a.k.a. 'neural engineering' - there's even been an ostensibly 'benign' annual conference covering (and 'covering') the relatively open and unquestioned endeavor: The Conference and Workshop on Neural Information Processing Systems (NIPS) is a machine learning and computational neuroscience conference held every December in the US, and involves things like neural interface technology research and optimization. One person's 'name' associated with all of this is: 'Hendricus G. Loos' (a.k.a. 'Dr Henry Loos' or 'Dr Hank Loos'), who, on paper only, researched for and developed theory and devices involving the neurological effects of nonlinear interactive external electric fields via the bunching of brain waves. The name Hendricus G. Loos however does not belong to a person, it's a fictitious name on public-records associated with the NSA, DARPA and the US Army (some think 'Hendricus G. Loos' is a pseudonym for Professor Ross Adey*, most think it's a bunch of people under a common or associated pseudonym). 'Loos' developed devices for remote mind control and manipulation of the nervous system which were later patented in the US and Europe (links to patents & schematics below). It's likely there is/was a bunch of such professionals and scientists, who developed the mind control devices under the single fictitious name 'Dr Hendricus G. Loos', actually working for DARPA (the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency) or CIA, so as not to attract the attention of independent Media or investigators (note: these people are so blatant and self-assured, and likely more 'science-nerd' than 'professional-spook', or just realistically not worried about it, that they hadn't tried sufficiently hard to hide it). Note: no one at Plasmadyne or Douglass (or anywhere) has ever heard of or met any 'Loos' name-version, nor has any birth or death certificate ever been found for anyone matching any of his name-versions that matched even any remote qualification. During the late 1950s a 'Dr Hendricus G. Loos' (fictitious) was associated with Plasmadyne Corporation, which yielded a patent for an “apparatus and method for generating and containing plasma having ultra high temperatures”. A few years later, 'he' worked with Douglas Aircraft’s Advanced Research Department studying electromagnetic fields, utilizing the Yang-Mills theory. He continued his research, including publishing an article about Yang-Mills fields in 1969 in the American Physical Society Journal. In the 1980s he set up shop (and developed) the Laguna Research Laboratory in Fallbrook California (it's phony yet official listed number of employees: 1 person, a Dr. Loos), working on government projects with the Department of Defense (DoD), the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), where he spent most of his time. According to Laguna Research Laboratory's operating licensing and regulatory documentation, laboratory projects included cost effective therapeutic aerosol devices and memory storage devices capable of learning. During work with Laguna Research Laboratory, Hendricus Loos participated in NIPS (Neural Information Processing Systems) conferences, publishing a paper on Reflexive Associative Memories (see end of this article). Correlating public documents can also be found in the Defense Technical Information Center archives. In 2003 , Loos became the President of Cuewave Corporation (it's phony yet official listed number of employees: 1 person - where a Dr Loos filed for business licence C2396570)(web.archive.org/web/20050204201412/cuewave.com:80/zeta/WebClass1.ASP). The business is listed for commercial physical research and has a standard industrial classification (SIC) with code of 8731(10) This classifies them for commercial, physical and biological research. Since 1978, Loos been awarded 11 patents for devices mainly aiming for human nervous system manipulation. All devices are used for "mind control" (neural engineering) projects run by the CIA, DoD (Department of Defense) and other intelligence agencies. The group of researchers (under the name Dr H Loos) invented such devices which could be developed and used for mass mind control psychological-operations behavior modification later by the CIA or whomever. Footnote: *Ross Adey (loosely suspected to be part of the original Loos 'team') acquired a Medical degree in Australia, then went to Oxford University to study brain physiology, then joined University of California in 1954, then joined the Brain Research Institute in 1961, studying the effects of ELF & microwaves on human brain and nervous system. Yes, there are beam forming devices to hail sound, a.k.a. acoustic hailing devices, using more than one method from what I recall from reading patents and the details about their operation. Basically you can have two ultrasonic beams focused at a target where they converge (meet) the difference and/or combination frequency(s) is either in the audible range or a higher frequency that can be sensed by the human body sensory system, i.e. heard and/or felt. The other two are pulse modulated methods where I'll just leave at that... where I guess one of the methods is more of a carrier (doesn't have to be pulsed) method that uses a modulated more audio range higher frequency to create the "silent sound" a.k.a. voice to skull. I think there are more methods too, though just look up Long Range Acoustic Device (LRAD), HyperSpike, HyperSonicSound (HSS), etc. You can Google Search "MIT beamforming sound" and other related searches like you're wondering about. There are similar RF & Microwave beamforming devices that aren't really known for beamforming sounds, though are capable of without a doubt via more than only the microwave hearing effect typically disclosed from what I've read in patents and online in theory. Those area denial devices that can cause other sensory effects like burning skin and theoretically more and are called Active Denial Systems (ADS), Mob Excess Deterrent Using Silent Audio (MEDUSA) and other devices like can be found reading online references in patents like Electromagnetic Personnel Interdiction Control (EPIC) and say a Wikipedia search of "Directed-energy weapons" for more info since there are a lot of devices from ultrasonic to technically x & gamma rays can create acoustic and maiming effects including other lethal effects.
