Do you need the humidity packs with the synthetic reeds like he was doing? Or is that mainly just for cane reeds?

Just for cane reeds. No need for them if you’re using Synthetic.

Is there a difference between 72% humidity and 84%? Does the 84% makes the reed more moisty? And is it good?

Isn't this a D'Addario Reed case. I have one that seems identical to yours and goes under that name.

+Wheeljacked9311 I believe there are different cases with a different logo on the case. Mine was a Rico but I believe they also make one too.

I'm 3 years late, but in 2014 D'Addario acquired Rico, so Rico's cases became the D'addario ones.

I'm looking to try out the legere signature Reed's but I have no idea what size I should get. Right now I play on vandoren v12 size 3 tenor Reed's.

WWBW.com (woodwind brass wind) it's a great site to get like mouthpieces and reeds and Reed cases etc.

I get my accessories from Amazon. They are usually cheaper and ship faster than say wwbw

I have a synthetic reed.. There durable but VERY out of tune so... but they are good for marching band...

Synthetic not really plastic. Depends on the brand though. I like fiberreed. Cost about 30 bucks but has lasted me a long time.

Why do you use synthetic reeds? The only good cut that Legere makes is for clarinet. The sax reeds they make are trash.

The Legere Signature Reeds are by far the best I've ever played, even over traditional cane reeds. If you think they're trash, then maybe you didn't get the correct strength, which is a common mistake for people trying synthetic reeds. I do agree that the Clarinet ones are killer too! :)
