妳哋講排毒,可以係have a goo day 嘅開始。我非常認同! 有無聽過瑜珈洗腸法?我係從一位印度瑜珈師度學返嚟嘅。老師教起床第一件事就係做這套排毒操。先準備 1.5-2 L 䁔鹽水,飲水跟住做第一個動作將水推落腸;第2和3式動係讓水在腸內動。跟住就可以排清 💩💩 我這生活習慣已十幾年,所以真心確定可以將宿💩全數排出。因為從後門出嚟嘅水比小便更清得證之。 真係一身鬆,全日日程無需擔心會急💩要搵洗手間,感覺很爽! 到外地旅行更少不了要堅持!
My morning ritual is eating a nice breakfast and listening to a podcast episode (sometimes yours) every morning! This episode was super helpful - but i needed to skip all the front part about pooping because it's not great to listen to with breakfast 😬
