It's hard! I usually live in New York and I had to come back home and I have a lot of attached bad habits here but reading Atomic Habits and Deep Work really helped to get me into the right mindset and break some bad habits I had

I think i am safe to say i've watched a BUNCH of yt in my life, but your (literal) art creations hit different! The music, the angles, the aesthetics.. VERY few ppl are able to DO yt the way you do it! Juss! Revolutionary Matcha tip. I would also use hot water for initial mixing and have a hard time with clumps. Was jokingly complaining to my mom and she retorted by saying that a lot of 'powdery' things in cooking quite like matcha clump with hot water and hence cold water is used instead. I tried. Voila clump free matcha. I've been using your videos to get through my quarantini exams! Both you and Nae make such a difference. `B)
