Okay so I have a question It’s not that I want to be addicted to women It’s more like I don’t have anything sensible to occupy my time when I’m done with work for the day. Games and movies don’t excite me anymore. And so I turn to spending time with women. I really need help as to how to handle this issue
10 pushups and 10 situps every morning and my treat is a strong black coffee. No sugar, I am sweet enough :) 100% on routine. In my cell, I made chetki from old lighter parts every day after my coffee and exercise. Keep the body strong, keep the mind alert, keep the heart alive.

Absolutely right. As a Russian, who knows what the people he pretends to be look like, and how they behave, how they talk, I determined from the first phrases that this is a simple emigrant, who has only relatives from Russians.

When you talked about temptations, I was waiting for you to mention women, but you did not anyway. women are the strongest temptations that may cause a committed person to lose, as happened to me.
I have 60 days I have study hard I am student . I get distracted to social media , junk food and some times to girls . I will definitely follow these steps but should I ignore or follow something else to become a better version . I am 17 and I want to be great not like other guys .
I agree with everything, apart from the last point. Serve the Almighty creator, not your ancestors. We all have ancestors who were evil. But the Almighty creator is perfect and the spirit of love.
Certainly when l was with foster parents l repect them always I didn't know he was my foster dad Recently l found out my real parents but l met them l have lived with them they were very nice to me since my age of 21st But l didn't know they were my parents Help of RU-vid l recognised them as my parents So how could l say RU-vid is bad place to be?
