You inspired me to do this, which presented several problems. 1 - I was born in 1962. 2 - I started at 11pm. 3 - I have ADHD, and hyper fixation is real. (Also, I wasn't even trying to do 5 stars, just something I read. I had to put Fox in Socks for 1965.) I may try to go back 100 years.

I noticed books that I love in all of your years, that's so fun! I was born in 1992 so this might be harder if I did it though. I feel so old when grown adults were born in 2000 :') if you loved The Book Thief you should read I Am The Messenger, it's tied with it as my favourite Zusak book!

I now feel so old 😅 when you brought up the rainbow fish I instantly knew it was older as I read it in primary school in the 90s. Also low key have debated setting up a goodreads for my daughter (she’s 20 months) 🫣

Did you read any of the Geronimo Stilton mouse books as a kid?? As a 90s baby, those were my whole childhood and I think they’re almost all early 2000s!! Or Junie B Jones! Series would work well since they busted those things out multiple times every year!

I also looked at my book list after Kayla did it and I basically have huge chunks of gaps between like 1994 and 2006. I got into reading routinely during secondary school so most of my books are published 2006 and onwards or super old from catching up on classics. I have a ton of books from 2012-2014 because that's when I found and got into youtube.

I was born 1994 and I’m missing 5*s from 94, 96, 97, 2002, 05, 06, 07, 11, 12, 13, (so 10 years missing). I’ve made it a goal since Kayla’s video to find the missing years but I’m ‘only’ getting 4s 😅
