If you use Gmail for your email and calendar and host a lot of meetings, you might want to check out the free Meeting Scheduler for Gmail extension. This will let you send out a meeting invitation with your available dates and times and then the recipient can schedule the meeting based on your availability. Once they choose a date, it will be added to your calendar as well as theirs. I have also tried it with an Outlook.com recipient and it worked for them.
