Have We Forgotten God? [Storm Prep] 

In the area I reside, I'd have to say.. trying to find the type of Christian person that you're speaking of is akin to finding a 20 lb gold nugget in the middle of a crowded homeless shelter.. lately, its been Jeremiah i think I relate to and feel myself looking up to the most. There are churches and Christians where I am.. but they're either following along with the story or keeping to themselves..which ends up making me feel even more horrible about myself because I understand what's going on and I'm waiting for someone else to figure it out so I can hop on their bus.. and I have a ton of excuses for not doing any of the work myself. Im looking for the christian role model thats outspoken in areas of righteousness, that yearns to expose lies where they fester (ephesians 5:11)..someone who is given wisdom and runs with it; someone that gathers his strength from the Lord, knowing He is bigger than anything the enemy has on the table. Someone who says, "hey, let's go and make desciples" and to the beach, park, etc we go. We're not getting anywhere sitting in our own rooms waiting..its like the guy that buried his masters money around here.. and I'm just as guilty as everyone else because I'm waiting for the other guy to pick up the reins. I tell myself a thousand reasons why it can't be me.. im a new believer; im a single mom and speaking truth right now is dangerous; I get stopped anyway the minute i spell something out online; im a girl and im not supposed to lead... Thats one of the reasons isolation was so important at jump.. (the encouraging each other to good deeds is paramount in all of this). Ten years ago, im sure there were numerous people to aspire to be like in the church.. but today, where I am..thats a tall order, and it makes me feel even smaller because it sounds prideful, but the Christian I'd aspire to follow..someone like Seth gruber or kirk Cameron, david Fiorazo or charlie kirk, are more difficult to find in smaller circles and when you're by yourself, attempting to proclaim the same truths is a lot more difficult.. so I figure..maybe I'm not supposed to. Maybe its veiled for a reason.. (

Aaahhhh. My niece. She's really getting closer and closer to JESUS. I love our BIBLE studies, our conversations, and observations. She's really deep into her studies.

Heavenly Father, you are our Lord and Healer. We pray that you will bring complete healing to Pj. Relieve them of their migraines and remove the spirit of anxiety from their life. Tbn Sunday mornings I also watch Allen jackson and Charles Stanley My church time also Always give it your best and give and allow God the rest Sometimes we have to do our best right where we are and yes that includes at home at times. Prayers for your strength and direction and a blessing amen

I am sorry my sister for your pain. I will not be foolish enough to say anything that would read and add to the life struggles that you are already facing. I pray that the Lord in some way would manifest his presence to you. I am not sure if anything short of this would help. I also ask the Lord to bring your husband home by preserving his health as long as he see's fit in order that you may be able to communicate with him, one on one, so you will have more recent memories of him and the joy of his companionship longer. most importantly, may he remind you that even when we do not understand why... or it rips our heart out of our chests, ne knows what it feels like, because of what he went through for us. He may not save us from the fire but he will gladly walk through them with us. Take everything in you and apply it to making it to through next five minutes and then the next. You must survive a few minutes at a time, because this may be the only way to make it. Be strong in the Lord. He came for men like me, and women like you. Keep crying out to him, trust me he can handle your anger or disappointment in him. He cares my sister
