Problem is they're both right. Luttrel about the threat and that all it takes is one, and the witness, that a 100% fix is impossible. Mr. Luttrel also needs to keep in mind, he's an exceptional person with exceptional skills, who's done exceptional things. He's literally one of the best of the best. While it'd be nice if we were all that good, it's just not realistically possible. You do your best, roll the dice with the rest and hope it works. That's life.

That being said though, we are 35 Trillion dollars in debt and we keep going deeper and deeper into it. Which means we have to allocate more and more of our tax money every year towards just paying off the interest of that debt. So you will have to start cutting funding to allocate more money towards paying off that interest on the debt anyways. Need to raise tariffs on all the oil and other exports we are producing and cut federal funding where we can and let the states fund their own programs. Keep the money in local communities.

Yes I did but it was not what you think. My friend and I had an argument about who was the best shot when we were about 16-17. So we spread out a number of targets two in each location and he shot one I shot the other. When we counted the holes in the Targets he outnumbered me on four targets and I outnumbered him on six. I credit my Dad on my Winning that challenge because Dad taught me how to shoot accurately. I should have tried harder I might’ve beat him on all ten! So that was the only “Gun Fight” that I was actually involved in.

They aren’t allocating the resources we currently have to mitigate a possible attack because it’s by design. The simplest resources are the current laws which aren’t being enforced.

I think they are both missing the nuance to what each other is saying….the witness is saying “everything” literally means EVERYTHING whether its the MOST EXTREME measure(s) that could include, like he used as an example…spending 100% of our GDP just on counterterrorism alone, or maybe another example is a 100+% complete and total police state. Whereas Mr. Luttrell is MOST LIKELY thinking that “we should do everything we can do” means up to the point of it becoming a matter of violating the US Constitution or American citizens rights and freedoms.

I know where, and with whom, the gentleman over there. I know because he has brought it up 3 times in the first 5 minutes.
