Pan-fried Battered Corns
[Ingredients]
1 canned corn (290g)
Water 1/3 cup (50g)
Frying mix 1/2cup (50g)
Cooking oil 1/3 cup (40g)
Condensed milk 2 tbsp (25g)
Parmesan cheese powder 1/4 cup (20g)
[Directions for original version]
1. Drain water from the canned corn.
2. Put the corn kernels, frying mix, water into a mixing bowl and mix.
3. Add cooking oil to a frying pan, spread the batter out and fry until golden brown.
4. Plate up and finish by drizzling some condensed milk.
