Oreo cake is a great treat for any occasion. Just crush the Oreos and mix with butter for the base and topping, then add condensed milk and double cream for the filling. Enjoy!
Ingredients: 36 Oreos 100g melted salted butter 400ml cold double cream 1 tin (397g) condensed milk 150g (14) broken Oreos 1) Line an 8" springform cake tin with baking paper. 2) Finely crush the Oreos using a food processor or a bag and rolling pin. 3) Pour the crushed Oreos into a bowl and mix with the melted butter. 4) Set aside ⅓ of the mix for the topping, then firmly press the rest into the bottom of your cake tin. 5) In a large bowl, whisk together the double cream and condensed milk until thick and creamy. 6) Fold the broken Oreos into the mix. 7) Scoop the mix onto your base and smooth it out. 8) For the topping, sprinkle the remaining crushed Oreos on top and press it down gently. 9) Freeze for 6 hours minimum. 10) Wrap a warm towel around the cake tin and remove it carefully. 11) Slice it up with a hot knife. 12) Enjoy!
I like the quickest methods, i use oreo crust on bottom, icecream sandwiches with oreos or any kind, break to fit in the oreo crust pie pan, ive flattened a little bit to fit on the toppings, pour the carmel icecream topping, cover with coolwhip, then drizzle over like zebra stripes the hotfudge topping, the magic shell, and Hershey's chocolate syrup, then sprinkles, put the cover that came wirh the pie crust pan, freeze over night, or a week before someone's bday. So easy my kids can make it.
