For anyone wondering, this game is called Shinkansen 0. The full title on steam is [Chilla's Art] Shinkansen 0 | 新幹線 0号. The creator made other games that might seem familiar' Parasocial, The Closing Shift and Night Security,.

@@fionabean9328 I'm not sure to be honest, I just did a little investigating after seeing the developer's logo on the title screen. The creator, Chilla's Art, does have other games that are similar so they might be connected. And don't worry about your English, it's good enough and I understood the question. Besides, learning a second language is hard, so I commend you for that! :)
