Achari Crepe Rolls
Ingredients for Crepe:
All-purpose flour 3 cups
Eggs 3
Oil 2 tbsp
Yogurt 1 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Milk 3 cups
Ingredients for Achari Keema Filling:
Oil 4 tbsp
Beef mince 1 kg
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Hot sauce 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Capsicum (chopped) 1 cup
Cabbage (chopped) 1 cup
Carrot (chopped) 1 cup
Onion (chopped) 1 cup
National Crushed Pickle 3 tbsp
Ingredients for Assembling:
Prepared crepe
Prepared achari keema filling
Flour batter (all-purpose flour 2 tbsp + water 1/4 cup)
Oil as required
Directions for Crepes Preparation:
1. In a bowl add flour, eggs, oil, yogurt, milk and mix it well.
2. On a preheated pan add 1/2 cup of mixture and cook each side for 1-2 mins. Set aside.
Directions for Achari Keema Filling:
3. In a pan heat oil and add beef mince. Cook until it changes color.
4. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for a minute. add red chili flakes, black pepper powder, hot sauce, salt and cook for 2-3 mins.
5. Add capsicum, cabbage, carrot, onion and cook until keema is fully done.
6. Add National Crushed Pickle and mix it well. Set aside.
Directions for Assembling:
7. Take the prepared crepe, add prepared achari keema filling on it and wrap it into roll shape. Seal the edges with flour mixture.
8. On a pan heat oil and place these prepared crepes. Shallow fry them for 1-2 mins.
9. Your Achari Crepe Rolls are ready.
