Havells RO Alkaline Water Purifier One Year Later

I purchased the same RO. They did not change any cartridge for free they mentioned the same over warranty card.

You get 1 free service when purchase, so can we ask to replace all filters for free ?

Not a good idea to play with your blood alkalinity, you will end up with serious health problems. Take care man!

Do they change Alkaline filter for free within warranty period?

Which pH tester do you use?

I had worst experience buying this. I have it for a year. Acidity increased. The added minerals for making it alkaline had negative impact on harmonies and added to ED.

We are having a lot of problems. TDS is perpetually high. And after sale service is very bad. Filter is just about a year old but we need to have bottled water inspite of it. Stuck with a bad purchase

Don’t we need TDS between 150 to 180 to have good minerals, Pl clarify . In fact low TDS is not good as I read about
