The plaintiff has the burden of proof to present a visual picture of what was agreed upon, not just saying "eggplant" - which may mean different things to different people. To me, it's purple. She didn't have the proof, so JM made a good call - but I got to say 7 hours and $400 in a salon is a lot not to get what you want!

I can't tell you how many times when I was younger and tried a new place or a new color/ style and didn't speak up during having my nails done, paying, leaving, and not saying something until a few days later. Most of the time I would just go and have them redone or just take them off. I really don't know why but it happens.

Eggplant is a dark purple or brownish-purple color, It's also known as aubergine. Purple is more of a brighter color purple, eggplant is more of a deep purple Those colors next to each other are very different. I have an aubergine colored laptop and I also have purple biker shorts. When I put them next to each other they are not the same, color-wise😅

The fact she didn't come back asking to get her hair fixed. Like you had the opportunity to go and get it fixed, she even states he TOLD HER to come back.

this is the best episode, I loved listening to the defendant talk lmao but also she did walk away and tip him and eggplant is purple, wonder if she meant burgundy....if you have a problem with the way a hairstyle comes out in the end you should always let the stylist know and give them a chance to fix it. If you're paying for a service and youre not happy you should always express that because its not a free service and especially when you're going to tip them as well.
