Today we are talking about how to have a hot girl summer, for real. The summer should be fun, but you can also achieve a lot.
Paint the Picture
Figure Out Where You Want to Make Progress.
A summer is a fourth of the year. You can do so much, have so much fun, and also be so productive.
Start your summer by thinking about what your vision for yourself is. What do you want to achieve? Who do you want to be by the end of the summer? What is it that you want to do?
The summer time can be a great time to be productive.
Create Habits
Depending on what you want to accomplish, figure out the habits that you have to implement.
What are the habits associated with the outcomes that you want? What habits do you need to implement to achieve your goals.
Make a Solid Plan
Goal setting requires a real game plan. First, create benchmark goals.
They can be reaching to the moon or small goals. The goals just need to align with who you want to be. This includes making both quantitative and qualitative goals.
Hot Girl Summer & Hot Boss Summer
In order to have both a hot girl summer and a hot boss summer, Liv suggests nine things. These are nine things to do everyday for the next 90 days.
Some things that are good to do each day are to read, eat right, workout, moving your body, and decreasing screen time. Then pick the top three things YOU need to do to get your life moving.
Remember you are deserving of the life you want, but it's up to you to make the most of it!
