people dont get their period when they pregnant bc when a woman is pregnant, she does not continue to ovulate and will not have a period. Although it is possible for women to experience some bleeding during pregnancy, this will not be due to their menstrual cycle.

When I get back pain, one thing that relieves most of the pain is cracking my back and then a massage. Makes a HUGE difference for me at least. Like lay with your stomach on the ground, take a deep breathe and as you breathe out have Quan put one hand on your each side of your spine and push with a pretty good amount of pressure and it will crack a lot! Hopefully that helps🤩🤩

They are called ' Hot water Bottles ' You can get covers on them too, which can stop the heat from being too extreme sometimes. But obviously still keeping it nice and warm. The case is also there to make it more like fluffy or idk more comfortable sometimes. Rather than just holding rubber on you, I guess. You should be able to find them at like the grocery store, which might sound silly. But I sometimes find them around in the slightly weirder miscellaneous sections. If worse comes to worse, and you cannot find em' Maybe check Amazon? Lol. Idk. Good luck!

This is why I made sure my boys as soon as they were 10 yrs old I discussed all things period with them. Since I had friends who daughters had their periods at 9 & 10 yrs old😱😳 I never wanted them to be as sweet as their daddy is to me during that time of the month. Told them how important it was that they never tease their young friends or schoolmates and be as caring as Quan is. Shout out to his mom or whoever taught him to be like this👍🏾
