I don’t think His Holiness have visitation schedule during Losar because last year Losar, he wasn’t doing visitation until much after Losar. You should double check tho… Otherwise it’s best to travel straight to Bangalore. Going Delhi, Dharamsala and Bangalore will be a big struggle for you especially with Dukta. I think by the time you’ll reach Bangalore/your shija, you’ll be exhausted. Good luck on your trip and always hold his hands in India.
I hear u and totally agree with you. It’s so hard with kid, especially amongst people when your kid is naughty and also the food when our kid eats only few homemade stuff. I face the same problem.
If you have someone in Dharamsala then ask him to get appointment with private office of his holiness. If that appointment are confirmed then schedule your travel accordingly. Otherwise you may not get audiences with his holiness.
If you say these foods are for kid. Airport officers will allow you to bring food with you. We did it & I believe you will allow it too. If you can get a doctor’s letter for this will be great too.
Understand 100%. Just wanna let you know that airlines let you bring homemade food. Just make sure you pack in your handbag. I always bring bhaklep, sephen and aloo or any tsel to eat inside the airplane 👍
For security reasons, it’s hard to know the schedule of His Holiness,for that you shouldn’t expect, better make direct contact with Dalai Lama Büro in Dharamsala, explain them nicely ur situation, may be they could help you, other than nothing to say but could feel und understand your situation really well,
Hello, you shouldn’t really get effected by negative critical comments. Try and see if Dukta’s doctor will give a special letter where you will be allowed to take special good for him. Buy a sunflower lanyard and you won’t need to queue up at airport; contact airline and request for seat quoting Dukta being special. All the good luck
