I think you started filming this in 2023, so it might be coming up. But it sounds like you own both lots? If you do, could you have the property lines redrawn to accommodate the mobile home over its property line? Or does the county have a minimum lot size that you have to abide by? What's nice I can see a telephone pole at the back of property of the trailer, so you can have a power panel box, on a pole at back of Property, Where is your well at, as long as you have 75 feet from a septic, at least in my state, , and septic can be 15 feet from the Home,, Put in te-pees, for your septic.
