Hawaii Axis Deer Round 1 

Erik meets up with long time friend, Kama, to hunt Axis Deer in the jungle. Erik is taking the virgin PROOF Research Tac lll 300 PRC on its first hunt to break it in. For those who have not hunted Axis Deer before, Axis meat is absolutely divine and Erik is chomping at the bit to try some fresh back strap.
The trouble of this hunt is, although there are a lot of Axis deer in this particularly steep area where they are hunting, getting on a shooter buck can be a difficult task especially when there are large amounts of deer clumped together.
