Why?I had c section about 3 n half years back.it went very smoothly.On next day of the operation i was able to stand up myself n went to bathroom,then coming home i also climed up 1st floor stairs with my baby at hand,i did not had any difficulty at all.If you have lots of fat at your abodomanal area then its become very difficult to do all the task

C section you have to take atlest 3 months complete rest..no traveling your deep stitch are still fresh it's need time to heal..otherwise you will have many problems related to spinal.. back pain nerves issues... you are roaming and traveling very risky pls dont do this ....you look dull from your face that's shows you need rest 🤦♀️🤦♀️
dear charu mam.. ur doctor will have guided you about post partum recovery. . I hope u plz take care and lots of rest.. I know going out after a long time looks good but this motherhood brings in hapiness and tiredness ur body needs its time to recover. so plz give some rest to ur body and u can always again go to malls post ur healing ... roaming this early at malls after a c section is a bit risky
C section k bad mujhe to 3 months thande pani me hath bhi dalne nahi diya tha n aram karne ko kehte the tv mobile book kuchh bhi dekh nahi sakte powder bhi nahi laga sakte apne to pura makeup kiya hai pura kan vagra dhak ke rakh na padta hai khane me sadha khana padta hai
Hello Charu.... One suggestion..... Plz plz plz take proper rest and don't involve yourself in household chores....... That can be taken care of by help always...... Just because you have just delivered your baby...... And the body gets too weak from within. Hope u will understand. Take care of your stiches. Keep yourself warm . No regular hairwash. And eat proper diet and pregnancy laddo. That will help you the whole life trust me.

And please make sure that Ziana gets breast milk 🥛and be with her most of the time Charu. (Not with the care taker) A child needs a mother. Oh God plz don't do this to yourself charu ji ..in long run u will suffer lot of health issues .40 days rest means rest .don't compromise with your health .I have gone thru C section now after 3 years m feeling completely healed .otherwise stiches get upset anytime .
Don't waste time on advising Charu, they will not listen. She should know better that body takes 1 year to heal and she has c section but she is every where, even eating out which she should not. After pregnancy diet is very different which not only nurtures the body but also removes all the unwanted entity from her body through menstral. For 4o days charu should not eben step in temple or any holy places or do puja , she should know better to maintain purity. They asked us all to suggest name at the end they treated us a Doormate and chose name suggested by family, which is fine but then why waste out time. So don't bother advising them, they have insulted us
Meri mother in law ne to mujhe 7 day se hi kitchen mei laga diya even khud ke doodh garam karna , sabke ke liye chai banana aur ab chahti hai mei sabke liye khana banao kaam karu ghar ka mujhe to abhi sirf 18 din hi hue hai

Zoya charu is taking advantage of her body, she will not understand this now but for good month or so she should really take care but she is not, well leave it , she is well educated she should know better. But watch she will suffer and that will be for life because is the time to rest and let the body to heal

Yes same here.. i delivery 1.5 month ago still feel like I need more rest ...and even doctors has suggested to rest a lot at this time so that you can be healthy and strong in long term

It felt so positive to see Havan....ur mother in law is very sweet but ur father in law is so humble and affectionate...one suggestion since u just had baby try to cover ur ears whenever u go to open place...new mommies are little weak since they just delivered... U should be careful that u don't get cold and all since u are with baby
