We have a hawk go after a 10 week old kitten playing in our backyard. Mom was in the house sleeping, but the Westie made such a racket, the old Boxer woke up from his nap in the sun and he charged that hawk and caught him midfight, shook him so hard a wing came off. Never had another problem with birds, even the crows kept their distance after that. Word gets around. That cat became best friends with the boxer, and slept on him later in life when he needed the warmth to keep his old bones going. She was their for him at the end, like he was there for here that day.

@@tonikimpel7891I think dizzy s babies were big feather and his brother who used to live in the hut next to the goats before they went to freezer camp. They did turn out to be boys. That was an exciting video to show on reruns

It's fun to see see these past videos!! I like that mini coop! You've used it quite a bit. Your unspoken advice is to have several tractors of different sizes! I'm glad Lil Roe & Chicken are ok. Those hawks are awful. Echo is great for scaring them away! 💕

Aww man, this almost feels weird because we were so happy to see these babies and to know they are gone now sucks. I know Dizzy probably doesn't really care because she is a chicken lol...but it's still kinda sad... RIP Big Feather and Long Feather

Anyone elce think there needs to be a goat cut out in the goat pen. I mean mumbles has her cut out in the door. Ducks chicken and pigs have latches that look like them. Along with a pig cut out around the door. Poor goats arnt represented.

A hawk grabbed a robin in my backyard. I yelled at it from the upstairs deck and he just looked at me so i yelled at my husband. He ran out back and that hawk was so busy watching me my hubby almost got to it but it startled it enough that the robin got loose! Ive NEVER EVER seen a robin fly so fast in my life! Mr Robin got away but for two days he had a tallon mark on his chest!! No blood. He was okay.🙌🏼🪶🪶

Ya know... I must say... While I'm sure being hacked was a horrible headache to have to deal with.. you turned a negative situation into a VERY postitive outcome. I for one started following you when mumbles was attacked and now I'm hooked. 🪝 🎣 I am better able to go back in time to watch more of the past videos now it seems. The speed bumps of life slow us down but keep us motivated to stay positive. I DO appreciate and thank you for taking us along on a big part or your journey Cody! 💪😃👍
