Hi have purchased it. ODO byke people not sending tool kits, manual. Front tyre tube also leaked. How I get the service from them at Kolkata79. Very bad impression on me. Also using promo code, but still it had been purchased 25000. I have ordered it 20th July 2020.

The promo code was for direct purchase. Also about the tool kits, usually people prefer to assemble the bicycle at their nearest bicycle store for proper functioning of all components. And about the front tube leak, there are possibilities that it might have punctured during transit somehow. Any normal bicycle repairer can replace the same or can also repair the puncture.

@@vicky84835 look, I have tried it today, but the most of the shop owners said that these valves are using for byke tyre only. I have contacted & replaced the valve also but air leakages continued. We are private working professionals. It is very herculean task for us to move several shops for repair the same in this lockdown period in WB.

Bangadesh Angan sir if you buy any new bicycle these days, no matter whether it’s electric or non- electric every bicycle comes with this new valve technology. You can’t blame a company to provide you with latest latest components just because the bicycle repairers near you don’t know how to fix it. Hope you can understand. Thank you.

Can't say exactly, because there are some factors involved such as body weight, road condition, your riding behaviour and the pas levels you choose, but yes the mentioned range on PAS mode you will get, thank you

One cycle refers to when you charge the battery for one time. So, if it is written that it has 1000 life cycles that means you can charge this battery upto 1000 times.

Main differences are: Removable battery 7.8ah ( Hawk) whereas in-built battery 5.8ah ( Lectro)/ up to 30km range on throttle ( Hawk), up to 20km range on throttle (Lectro)
