Much like stark he upgrades his gear in response to previous battles' shortcomings. First battle he ran out of arrows, so he upgraded his quiver to hold much more. Second battle he had to throw his bow and rely on hand to hand combat against the iron legion, so by civil war his bow was convertable to a bo (staff). Said staff was cut in half by Tchalla's claws, so he then took up ronin and learned swordfighting to counteract his deficiencies in close combat. By endgame, he was near-perfect as a combatant of his craft.
Or here's a thought as time progresses so does technology and any other weapon as most leading scientists or anyone else who makes weapon especially in companies or organization have people working 24/7 finding ways to upgrade their stuff or invent a new game changing weapon
One of the best things about Hawkeye is that he's very much a team player, always helping out someone else by flanking, suppressing, distracting, assisting or just supporting. It's not for any reason, as an archer, he needs advantages to hit his targets which don't involve just relying on aiming for obvious reasons. He's always keeping an eye out for surroundings to avoid surprises and to find ways that might help him get a better shot, which is how he manages to hit so many times without even looking, he 3D maps out everything around him with perfect detailing so when he shoots, it's already there. Of course, he's not always gonna be able to predict what happens and he's still limited by his deafness, but the fact he still uses all his efforts to be so successful despite everything against him... is quite a skill and achievement.
I like the shot on hellacarrier where he leads the shot to use the wind to wrap it around to his target and leads the shot to adjust then looks back to his target before the shot
I like when Hawkeye tells Wanda "if you step out that door, you are an avenger." Then he gets her for Civil War and works with her. Wanda tells Clint his pulling his punches. Then he's with her after Stark's funeral. They developed a beautiful friendship.
Seeing this made me realize that Hawkeye NEVER MISSED other than when he was mind controlled. The only other times he didn’t HIT was when he was holding back or when he didn’t want to hit the person. Kinda wild tbh
Yeah missed black panther a few times. But that n Natasha were close range type fights and the shots were more so a quick shot to keep them moving and not the same as his marksmanship with targets at range.
@@maxccrowfeather3019 that's because Clint knows its not a fight to death and they are not the bad guys and his work was to keep the others at bay for Cap and Bucky to get what they needed.
You see. That is why we so need Hawkeye season 2. Bullseye vs Hawkeye, anyone? Yeah. Kingpin vs Hawkeye/Ronin as well? They failed to make that happen in season 1. Just one episode would have sufficed.
Yeah I never got how stark wouldn't have created a few drone care package type things that held extra quivers he could just call in and switch out his entire quiver
Remember in AGe of Ultron when he pulls that extra clip of extendable arrows out of a holster in his ankle? If the world's greatest marksman really does run out of ammo, then it might be time to call the fight as lost.
You could say his perfect aim is a sort of light superpower, not many people if at all as good as him, he played 18 hole in one while retired,, who can do that?
As of January 03, 2023 Jeremy Renner was in critical but stable condition with injuries to his chest and torso in a snow plow accident. I pray that you make a full recovery Hawkeye.
@justincummings8557 in captain America winter soldier Renner had scenes that apparently were going to show him able to hold his own with cap since he trained him between films. That was apparently the idea but it was cut in its entirety and they weren't really " fighting" each other it was more Barton pretending to make attempt to stop him as he worked for shield.
Barton is my second favourite Avenger after Stark. Why? Because he's a normal human... just incredibly gifted and incredibly skilled at what he does. No superpowers. Plus, he's a devoted family man.
This makes me realize that Clint and Nat have fought three times in the MCU. Once on the helicarrier, once at the airport, and once on that stupid planet, before she died.
You know what's funny? Whenever I criticize Bucky's fight scenes in F&TWS, people keep saying "OH, he is holding back". Here is Hawkeye holding back too, but his action scenes still look cool as hell. "Holding back" is no excuse for terrible choreography.
Yes TFATWS has terrible choreography it's too inconsistent Of course also the difference WS> Uncle Bucky but Clint never impressed me in CQC/Unarmed I expected his best deeds in that department although he is no longer in its prime TFATWS Bucky Also written as Sam's Sidekick
2 things: Bucky’s a super soldier, of course he’s holding back. If he wanted too, he could very easily pop some punk’s head clean off. And also he’s holding back because of his regrets.
Clint stops Wanda by using just one arrow, without his bow. Neutralized her. Super easy, BARELY AN INCONVENIENCE! That's how it is done, Doctor Strange?!?
Back in high school, my class did a unit on archery for gym class. I was the only student who couldn't shoot an arrow. Mine kept dropping. Archery is very hard to learn.
Imagine Hawkeye (MCU) vs. Green Arrow (CW), interesting Fight/Battle. The Story could be that the Starling City Police think Vigilante Green Arrow is committing serial murders with arrows when it is really the Dark Archer and ask SHIELD to deal with him. SHIELD sends in Hawkeye and the 2 of them have a Dramatic battle. They together figure out that the Dark Archer is behind everything and join forces to combat him!
Time to bring back season 3 Daredevil's Wilson Bethel as Bullseye. *Hawkeye vs Bullseye.* Tweet/X that to Marvel. You know you want to see that fight??? Yeah. Goodness. 😂
I find it weird how in DC verse there are like, half a dozen archers, yet in marvel only half of that. Marvel seems to put more effort into the archers thay have.
Venture tale players: I got inf arrows Hawkeye: I got like 2 arrows left Venture tale players: we have no L O G I C Hawkeye: games are f***ing dumb Venture tale player:uno reverse card Hawkeye: f**** off dead silence The end
Hawkeye is the best avenger not jus because he keeps them together by being the biggest team player but his upper body strength alone could probably rival batman's (he lifted a car once)
he is really cool, like yes, he has awesome gear, yes, he is a team player, yes he is a superspy, yes, he has awesome stunts, but can we talk about how he TRICKED THE GOD OF MISCHIEF?!?! loki was just like "bitch please, that all u got?" and BOOM it blows up in his face and clint is like "no, its really not- that's just all people talk about"
Every time I watch a Marvel movie, each time I find new details. Doesn't matter if I am watching that clip for the 2nd time or 10th. Here at 3:13 I saw that kid in the destroyed building and at 1:49 there were energy spikes erupting from a single arrow killing multiple Chitauri aliens.
