Senator Josh Hawley confronted DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas about the details surrounding the tragic loss of Laken Riley at the hands of a man who never should have been in the U.S. to begin with. Sec. Mayorkas refuses to answer basic questions about the case which sets Hawley off during this heated back and forth. This exchange occurred at a Senate Homeland Security Committee hearing on April 18, 2024.

How many time do we have to go through these hearings? No body is going to fire him, he's not stepping down, no one in his office is going to arrested or jailed. So why do we keep asking him anything? Strip him of any pension he may get from government. If the Democrats can arrest a former President, the Republicans can do something to this clown.

As a flight attendant traveling through airports on a regular basis, it SICKENS me to see this clowns face as we go through our ”screening”. Illegal’s walk through the back door without any sort of identification whatsoever, yet your flight crew is nearly ana1ly probed to go to work. Disgusting! 🤬 He, and his clown of a boss, should be brought up on treason charges.

Josh Hawley looks like he's "grilling him," everyone saying, "Yes, wtg Josh." But, It feels like I've said before. Congress is connected to Hollywood, and they have a script of "good cop, bad cop," hero & and villain. ".. Everyone that is looking like they're being hard with questions seems to skip the obvious comback when witnesses say something stupid like "I can't comment on an on-going criminal investigation".. Josh should've came right back with; that's B.S., why can't you even repeat what's in public already? There's no national security involved.. Mayorkis' excuse was pure bull. It's a public record. Instead he skipped over it and didn't challenge him.

Oh yes, just what we need! More strong words from a congressman, smh. When are officals that break the law ever going to see the inside of a jail cell? Probably never bc we have a 2 teir justice system. The most trouble these ppl get in is a slap on the wrist or a strongly worded grilling by a congressman. Mayorkas always WINS in every conversation. MAYORKAS smiles, never prepared for notes or answers questions, smirks, cool as ice. Over and over, members of Congress never achieve anything from Mayorkas. Cool always as ICE, Mayorkas remains. Americans are genuinely discusted about Mayorkas and equally discusted with Senators wasted time for many years of this man.
