I turned 35 this month and still blasting this shit while driving with my kids in the car. My daughter is a mini me for sure. Sings along to most of the songs
I'm 43 this month...been listening since I was 23... 20 years strong babyyyy haha... talk about great memories from back then... gawd... life is wayyyyy too fast... it sucks...
My dad is in this video yall! Here's the time signatures: 0:40 (the guy sitting with knees up) 0:44 (guy with tattoo sleeve walking away) he showed me this in the car, and pointed out where he is! Those are just a few tho! And he was in the band midnight aria, the bass player, and guy who yelled!
monte tramonte but when you have nostalgia it means you’re getting old. I’m 29, so when I was the age you are right now, you were probably like 3. Think of that before you envy :D
@@spellTHEman i got the nostalgia and I'm only 18 (Yeah I have a good dad that ingroduced me to good music early) remember listening to it at like 7 year old on my old MP3, with only 512 Mo of capacity, with some Sum 41, Three Days Grace, Rise Against, Yellowcard...
Mr Str oooh you got me with the Rise Against mention, make sure you thank your dad when you listen to them. If you like Hawthorne Heights you should listen to the album Let It Enfold You by Senses Fail, then you can thank me
Mr Str Bite to Break Skin was always my favorite, but You’re Cute When You Scream was a close second. All great songs tho, for sure. Soundtrack to my junior year back in the day!
'If only you were lonely' was one of the albums that I just bought out of curiosity when I was in high school and I must say that I never regretted buying it.
+Jennifer Chenoweth i miss when mtv actually played music lol,but i was always a night owl and at like 3 am vh1 had a block of videos calle insmiac with dave attel dunno how to spell his name but that was the first time i seen this video
+Superstus The Archer He left a legacy of great music with his friends just like Bob Marley and other greats did. Sadly everyone has to die some day :-/
@@aydengarner5519 he died from the accidental combination of depression and anxiety medication that he was prescribed to at the time and the drugs from a root canal he had before going on tour.
Don't let them get you down, with 16, 17 or 18 you will find people with a good music taste ;) I am 17 myself and I finally found people, that appreciate this Kind of music ^^
edgel0rd I’m 14 and I listen to this shit it’s awesome music man I feel you can’t find punks and emos

Well, you know, that's not so strange given this music is older than you :) I'm 34 and still listen to this sometimes, but it's strange to imagine that this type of music is something like Queen was for me back when I was young :)
hahah so true! I can't believe I passed months of my life in that game.. 2006 was a great year. Anyone remember Armor for Sleep? they were less known than HH
Micah and Casey's animations really gave them good presence on stage and it completely takes your eye off JT's awkward attempts and Matt's constant headbanging. xD
First saw them in 2003. It's been 12 good years of listening to these dudes. Also to the tweenies please atop comparing them to black veil brides, they're completely different
I like both yes they are different genres Hawthorne heights is post hardcore and BVB is like metalcore also another reason why is because the titles are similar bvb knives and pens and Hawthorne heights pens and needles
I'm 39 i still think this is the best music ever love love love love Hawthorne Heights forever and always specially in the state of mind I'm in Love you Hawthorne Heights
Wow,this brings back memories, Hawthorne Heights helped me get through middle school & still help me today. I remember hearing them on Myspace and saving my money to buy this cd. I don't believe in stereotypes/labels though, even the happiest looking people may listen to them for they may not be happy inside and can relate. so yep i've rambled for today. Hawthorne Heights were amazing when I was around 9 ish 10 still great at 18
The only band with 3 Guitarist/2 vocalist, 1 bassist, and 1 drummer that I know of. And the band that saved my life and helped me through with everything. I love you Hawthorne Heights. R.I.P. Casey Calvert.
I was 22 when this song came out. 31 now, still listen to it, and I am going to see them on Feb. 29th in KC where they will be playing this album in its entirety to celebrate its 10 year anniversary! I saw them do a similar tour for Silence in Black and White 2 years ago for its 10 year anniversary....one of the best concerts I have been to. lots of memories with these songs.
+TheZAnders84 saw the tour in Portland last night you will not be disappointed. The entire crowd knew all the lyrics by heart for all the songs. I have never been to a show so amazing in my life and believe me I have been to a lot of shows.
