My farm was saved through Facebook and now it's no longer an option. In order to recover it, we have to know all these things that were never once important at first??? How do you expect us to remember all these things?? People play games so they can relax without having to memorize anything. We logged into our facebooks as you game told us to as an easy way to save our progress. Now, we can give you our Facebook account names that were linked to our farms but we don't remember our farm names. Please provide a simpler, more accessible solution for your players for your drastic switching of the whole way of saving this game.

Thanks ever so much for this video - solved my problem after my husband lost his farm. He had bought a new Ipad and hadn't registered with Supercell ID. Fortunately I had helped him from my own farm - so was able to find his farm and make a note of the name and neighbourhood tag. The Hayday support was great and they worked through the process to help me. Once again - thank you!

I havent played Hayday for 21 months due to illness. I have contacted the support team and they found my farm. they have asked me a lot of questions and believe me, I cannot remember all the information they required and then they banned me for 31 days. I dont understand why, I really want to play and dont want to start from scratch again. How do I go about now to recover my farm

I also played hay day on FB. I contacted them, but support team wants exact information like farm name, level etc. Unable to recover account even after providing play games achievement screenshots and Hay Day fb settings id. Bad luck 😐

I was able to recover mine via google account. Unfortunately, the husband was not able to recover his even if we have the details. They asked the first device used to install. Afyer 6-y years and different phones, its hard to remember.

@@papletmachi1705 I had another account (but it was in a lower level) connected to my Google Play, so I was able to login onto that account And that account was in the same derby/neighborhood as my main account, so I was able to see all my information (farm tag, neighborhood #, etc.) And then I just followed the content in this video abt how to restore my main account

it’s was announced multiple times by hay day and creators, creators said save supercell Id, ingame it was posted. your sister can connect with support and they can help.

for contact from hay day they tend to send code via email. if your email account connected to the farm doesn’t show an email in the inbox then please check the spam folder as sometimes it goes there. if nothing there go back to the chat you had ingame with support and let them know you checked, couldn’t find and ask for advice.

How you can know that they blocked your farm ? (The old farm u want to recover or the new farm you use to message them?) I have contacted them and they always replied after 15-30min. Then when they ask me the proof, and i answer it with several chat, they didnt reply me until now (it already been 5 hours) im afraid that they are blocked me too(?)
