@@victoryu182 yes, the part of where we put headphones are detachable. So you can take it off with a needle or toothpick. And there are cables, batteries below that. I pushed all connection cables with a scissors. Now there is no red light or any light, but it charges anyway.

OMG thank you man. My Haylou GT1 got broken and having the same problem. You are a savior. What I did was I opened the middle part of the case using proper tools but in case you don't have those kind of tools, use a very thin knife. Now carefully bend the knife slightly, and push it around while it's inside to open every corner of that part in the case. You will see a battery below, now get an electrical tape and put it on the top of the batt where the charging port is located, also apply pressure on the usb charging port using scissors, be careful not to damage the port! after that carefully place everyback and make sure there is a lot of pressure from your tape, pushing the charging port upwards. and voila. Also check the earbuds, get a q tips and spray it with alcohol. clean the 2 golden something (idk what it is called) very carefully, and you're good.

Battery is dead it has to be replaced. Otherewise the charger still work but you wont be able to charge without it being plugged in.

@@JoaquiOBufi it's simple. If you look closely notice that the center piece is fitted into the frame. Just pull it out with something thin as a level. Feel free to ask. I help if I can :)

So sad! So never buy this product because no warranty from buyer. However, the sound quality is quite good though.

Try to brush the pin with a cotton buds.. i found that method from this column comment, and i just try it and surprisingly it's work.. 🙃

Cant do anything.. seller doesnt want to replace with good unit. So, i am unlucky! Dont buy Haylou from Shopee China

On the earbud there are those golden(2 dot) thing, they are covered with very thin plastic sheet. Just remove that sheet it will work

@@RahulGupta-ox7gh correct.. but that is not the issue. The issue is, stereo unit wont charge if we didn't connect the power cord to the charging case. If we plug in the power cable to the charging case, both wireless stereo unit will be charging as normal.
