I think the actual voice of Baxter is Eric Bauza because all Richard Horvitz’s characters has kinda of a higher pitch, and Baxter doesn’t really sound like Moxxie or Zim, but if you watched a video of Foop from Fairly Odd Parents for example, they have similar voices, but I don’t doubt Richard Horvitz is gonna be in Hazbin Hotel because he was in Helluva Boss first of all and he was also in the Voice Booth for Erika Henningsen
