The fact Lucifer could literally obliterate Alaster from existence with a wave of his hand yet still chooses to engage him a sing-off and shit-talking competition is hilarious
He's desperate for Charlie's attention at this point, so harming someone she's close to is the worst move he could possibly do. And I'm 100% sure that Alastor is aware of that.
Alastor is smart enough to know that getting into a fight with Lucifer is a losing Gambit so he takes the mental route, by going after his insecurities.
I love the concept of what depression does to parents. Lucifer secluding himself and thinking he isn't worth anything let alone to be a dad. Then when his daughter gives him a chance he jumps at it. "He can't say much since he wasn't there for her!!" Yes, because he was severely depressed and didn't think she even wanted him as her dad

When I first saw Alistair do that to Husk I just wanted to hug husk so bad him shaking at the end of it just made me feel really bad especially because he’s my favorite character and I’m an animal lover, so I hate seeing that happen to my favorite animal either my favorite animal is cat, which is what husk is
after watching this series a few times all I can say is I hope in an upcoming season we get a GENESIS episode in other words an episode that takes place back when Adam and Eve were first created and how Lilith and Lucifer fell in love and even how they gave Eve Free Will
