@andreeastancu1505 update: I have listened to some of his music. Omg I love it. He's great. I really like Annabelles homework and Steve. A lot of his songs have the feel of being on the outside looking in and not really being able to be part of the story. It's like he's the narrator in most of them (maybe that's why the album is called narrated for you 😅). I love his music and he might be a new favorite artist. Thank you!
@@humairahkazi2459 Yesss! I always say that Alec is first and foremost a storyteller. It's what I love so much about his music! Steve is also one of his most underrated, yet one of my favorite songs. I don't know if you take more recommendations, but if you do and you enjoyed the narrator aspect of his music, some of my favorites in this style include "I Built a Friend", "One Wrong Turn", "Must Have Been the Wind", "Boy in the Bubble", "I Sent My Therapist to Therapy", and many others. He also has a lot of commentary-esc songs, particularly in the album (Un)Commentary. He makes great use of metaphors and has such catchy lyrics. And every single one of his songs makes me feel emotional in some way - some are relatable, some wholesome, and some full-on heartbreaking. His latest album "12 Notes" feels to me a bit more personal. If you listen to any more of his songs and find more favorites, feel free to mention it. @andreeastancu1505 I loved "I sent my therapist to therapy"! So far I have listened to the albums 12 notes and narrated for you. I'm currently listening to (un)commentary. I also really like "a different kind of beautiful." I think it has such a sweet message! "I like you bc you're unique" has always struck me as such a cute reason for love.
