I played this w/o quite the staccato flourish in those measures; I was 10 yrs old and thought I was accomplished at the time 😊 Thank you Hazel for bringing me back to these 🎹🎼memories♥️
👏👏👏👏👏 desde Santiago de Chile 🇨🇱 crecí escuchando esa maravillosa música ya que mi hermosa madre era concertista en piano y siempre ellos mis amados padres nos enseñaron a entender y gozar de la buena música. Felicitaciones señora me transporto a esos años hermosos. Muchas gracias

Very nice! I play this Nocturne too. Learned it first in 1975, then lost it due to years of neglect, but got it back in 2022 after a month of practice. I play it rather well, but now peripheral neuropathy in my fingers/hands cause me not to do the trills like I used too.
@@LOTGiscool Thank you 😊.. and well done to you too . I have rheumatoid arthritis flares which affect my hands and fingers ..rather annoying, but luckily they don’t last too long.
What a wonderful and soulful performance of this masterpiece. I can understand that my friend Jos recommended your video to me. We love it when the sounds from the piano hit straight into the heart❣
So awesome… with so much feeling…. I’m trying to learn this … you have inspired me.. like another comment on here … I’m 75.. I have a Young Chang baby grand.. I can’t imagine how long you have practiced and how many songs you must have played…. You have gained a subscriber..
Lovely. Ornamentation was perfect and you let the music breathe which so many do not. Normally hate digital pianos but this sounds quite nice. What piano is it?
Thank you so much 😊 🙏🌹 It’s a Roland G607. I’m of the same opinion, but this sound & touch sensitivity is the closest I’ve found to the real thing, it never goes out of tune, and you can record on it, so win, win 😁
Thank you Hazel, that was beautiful. You know this music so well, why try and read the notes from the page? Just curious. I remember in many of my piano recitals I'd forget to turn the pages. Who needed them! I learned this stuff. I know it. I don't need you to direct the traffic for me! LOL. Anyway, love your playing.
Really nice cover of this "classical" classic. Restrained tempo builds energy; nice finger action, virtually always on fingertips AMAP. Sensitive and intimate feelings. What is your instrument, please? It sounds really great, with rich and deep tones, low and high. Kudos.
@@hazelflannigan3159 Thank you. Looking at an upgrade; Yamaha N2 was only in sights; I'll check this one out. Does it have internal speakers? Are you amplifying what's there?
I love your interpretation!! Im also trying to learn this piece 🥹 i used to be a grade 4 abrsm student but i quit taking exams 😔 would you mind giving me tips on how to practice the left hand for this piece?? It’s a bit difficult :’(
@@jingruwong3749 Thank you 😊🙏🌹. I would suggest slow repitition to familiarise with the leaps, and ofcourse, correct fingering, swivelling wrist. I hope this helps .. good luck 🤞 🍀
Very nice! Beautiful playing. The only suggestion I would make is to try singing this melody... go back and sing along with this recording and see if that doesn't cause you to perhaps alter your decisions in how you play certain passages. I think it might.
@@Wandering-sheep Yes, it is possible, as there are online tutorials you can follow, but always best to be guided by a one to one lesson in person in my opinion 😊
Por favor!!!!! Eso no es asi. Escuche a Arturo Rubinstein. El fraseo tiene que ir para adelante. Tiene momentos aceptables pero no esta listo para subirlo a una red publica.😢
